There are a couple things you need to notice on this page:

1. You will need to accept the "Terms of Use" by clicking on the little box under "Terms of Use."

2. You will need to select the "Device Type" (Computer, Tablet, or Phone) you will be using to complete the assessment.

3. You will THEN click on the "Continue" button.
