While you CAN add the other contact information if you know it, all you NEED to add is the name of the contact and their email address.

When you have completed the form, you will see the message toward the top of the webpage that verifies your "changes" have been made. That means your new contact has been added. Click on "My Contacts" under the button now to continue.
